Sales Assistant

Role Overview

This position involves managing communications and relationships with Mongolian clients and agents, supporting sales operations, and assisting marketing efforts. You will serve as a key liaison for client inquiries, quotations, contract follow-ups, and after-sales issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from clients in Mongolia by drafting replies and quotations in Mongolian, recording purchasing details, budgets, and site information, and relaying all relevant information to sales management.
• Handle comprehensive communications with Mongolian clients, ensuring accurate transfer of product data, pricing, and contract conditions; also support supervisors during bilingual (Mongolian-Chinese) interactions both online and offline.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with Mongolian agents and project customers, provide updates on new offerings and promotional campaigns, gather customer feedback and complaints, and manage resolution coordination.
• Track progress of orders, contracts, and documentation; prepare bilingual documents necessary for customs; coordinate with freight agents regarding shipments and arrivals; and monitor payment collection efforts.
• Support marketing by drafting and proofreading Mongolian-language product manuals, short video scripts, promotional materials, ensuring expert use of terminology suited to the local market.
• Gather market intelligence about Mongolia, including competitor pricing and distribution policies, to advise on sales and customer engagement strategies.
• Perform other duties related to sales as assigned.

Additional Information

This role requires bilingual communication skills in Mongolian and Chinese and close collaboration with various departments to support the full sales cycle and customer service.
