About the Role
Lenskart, a major online eyewear brand in India, is looking to grow its retail team with energetic Sales Associates/Sales Executives for its Gurugram store operations. The role is focused on in-store selling, customer engagement, and helping the store meet its commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales at the store counter and deliver a helpful, customer-focused shopping experience while working toward monthly sales goals.
- Build lasting customer connections that encourage repeat purchases and stronger loyalty.
- Work closely with the store team to support sales targets, keep merchandising standards in place, and execute promotional campaigns.
- Explain product features clearly, respond to customer questions, and manage exchanges or returns in an efficient manner.
- Keep transaction details accurate and support inventory checks, stock tracking, and basic stock control activities.
