Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive our appliance sales and customer service efforts in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves engaging directly with customers through scheduled visits and door-to-door outreach, showcasing appliance functionality, conducting health checks, and facilitating sales of appliances and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers daily based on assigned leads or perform door-to-door outreach to generate new opportunities.
• Carry out appliance health inspections and demonstrate appliance features effectively to consumers.
• Sell appliances and annual maintenance agreements, promoting customer retention and satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and manage initial complaint escalations efficiently.
• Encourage customers to upgrade by exchanging old appliances with new ones.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 15019 to 24646 INR.
