Role Responsibilities
- Partner with a compact project team to analyze and interpret data, delivering actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate directly with banking clients to collect data, conduct thorough research, and perform quantitative assessments.
- Travel to client locations as required to enhance engagement and deliverables.
- Specialize in banking sector topics through projects typically lasting six months, leveraging Finalta’s extensive benchmarking experience involving over 350 financial institutions worldwide.
- Support Finalta Western Europe teams based in London or Frankfurt, helping clients objectively assess and enhance performance against peers.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, banking, economics, data analysis, strategy, or related fields, including relevant internship experience.
- Demonstrate at least three years of professional experience in financial data analysis, banking, financial services, insurance, or consultancy sectors.
- Thrive in team settings, fostering inclusivity with colleagues across all organizational levels.
- Exhibit strong quantitative problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Effectively manage time and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
- Communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
- For Frankfurt-based roles, proficiency in German communication, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
