This role is part of a significant mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia involving sports, entertainment, arts, and supporting infrastructure. Mace is involved as a delivery partner seeking experienced professionals to lead integrated project teams through all phases.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and manage tools and forms to gather programme status updates from stakeholders.
• Oversee the production, validation, and dissemination of scheduled and special reports.
• Set and monitor deadlines for report submission and review cycles.
• Compile, assess, and distribute dashboards while escalating risks and issues when necessary.
• Specify dashboard requirements ensuring alignment with user needs.
• Standardize reporting processes and conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Leverage SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modeling techniques for accurate and reliable insights.
• Support reporting efforts related to cost, schedule, change management, risk, and performance.
• Lead review sessions, uphold transparent communication, and professionally address queries.
• Identify improvements to reporting processes and stay current with industry best practices and tools.
• Collaborate towards the goal of net zero carbon by actively managing carbon emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Progress towards chartership with a recognized professional institution and ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in PMO and Project Controls on complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, achieving measurable improvements and embedding best practices.
• Strong understanding of applicable legislation within complex organizational settings.
• Effective communication skills with sound analytical ability and capacity to build influence and trust with stakeholders.
• Valid visa requirements for Saudi Arabia and work history on high-value projects/programs with a project management consultancy, meeting immigration and client approvals.
