Shift Supervisor

Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily shift activities to ensure top-notch customer service, adherence to safety protocols, robust sales achievements, and full compliance with Shell's operational policies and standards.

Primary Duties

• Lead and manage shift teams, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure seamless operations across forecourt, lube services, Deli2Go, and NFR sections during the shift.
• Drive sales performance, maintain excellent customer relations, and promote Shell Asia loyalty and NFR results.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety, food safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), housekeeping, and operational policies.
• Oversee inventory management including stock levels, wastage control, expiry monitoring, and product availability.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Regularly perform safety and housekeeping inspections and proactively resolve any issues.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, cash handling, and shift handover procedures.
• Guide team members in grooming, customer service, safety awareness, and compliance with operational protocols.
• Maintain detailed shift records and provide comprehensive updates to the Site Manager regarding observations, achievements, and action plans.
