Job Responsibilities

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM platform architecture, configuration procedures, and integration techniques.
• Develop and tailor workflows, business objects, and scripts within the Siebel environment.
• Create and maintain software applications leveraging Siebel CRM technologies that align with client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and comprehend business needs.
• Produce detailed technical design documents and specifications.
• Carry out unit and integration testing on software applications to ensure functionality and quality.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and resolve issues related to software applications.
• Update and sustain existing Siebel CRM applications as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 10 years of experience with Siebel CRM development.
• Strong command over SQL and other relevant scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) for connecting disparate systems.
• Ability to analyze problems effectively and deliver solutions promptly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have a minimum qualification of any graduate degree.

Work Location

The position is based in Hyderabad, India, with other possible locations including Mumbai and Bangalore.
