Role Overview

We seek a proactive and accountable Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and align with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other onsite personnel to coordinate efforts.
• Monitor required manpower, materials, tools, and other site needs effectively.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to identify and address any execution challenges.
• Coordinate communications and activities with Project Managers, designers, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain comprehensive daily site reports and track project advancement.
• Ensure the site maintains proper housekeeping, safety protocols, and discipline.
• Oversee material deliveries and ensure resources are utilized optimally.
• Detect onsite issues promptly and escalate them to the Project Manager when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid understanding of interior execution and construction tasks.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in interior design, construction, renovation, or related fields.
• Competency in reading basic drawings and interpreting measurements.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Experience managing onsite workers and contractors efficiently.
• Willing to travel to project locations including Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and nearby areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting activities.
• Background in handling residential and commercial interior projects.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and time management skills.
• Capability to work independently and consistently meet project deadlines.
