Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and trend-aware Content Creator to join our team based in Doha. The ideal candidate should excel in creating clean, luxurious visuals and engaging short-form content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and digital advertisements. This role involves both on-camera presence and behind-the-scenes content creation, encompassing idea generation, filming, editing, and final delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce captivating short videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.
• Generate original content ideas inspired by product lines, ongoing campaigns, trends, and marketing schedules.
• Film high-quality lifestyle and product-based videos using smartphones or professional cameras.
• Appear on camera to showcase or demonstrate products when needed.
• Create various content types, including unboxing, styling, product comparisons, behind-the-scenes footage, voiceovers, and trend-related videos.
• Edit videos with professional software such as CapCut, incorporating engaging hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and storytelling elements to boost viewer engagement.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and adapt them while preserving the brand’s luxurious image.
• Communicate important product details such as features, quality, colors, sizes, packaging, and selling points effectively through content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, launches, promotions, and social media plans.
• Create varied content versions for organic posts, paid ads, and website usage.
• Support professional photo and video shoots with creative input and production assistance.
• Follow approved content calendars, respect shooting schedules, prioritize products, and meet deadlines.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine future videos and concepts.
• Ensure proper organization of all raw footage, project files, and edited content.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality content on time.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media content production, videography, or video editing roles.
• A strong portfolio or active social media presence showcasing excellent short-form video content.
• Comfortable working both in front of and behind the camera.
• Proficiency in videography using smartphones and/or professional cameras.
• Advanced video editing skills with software like CapCut.
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, storytelling, pacing, hooks, and visual communication.
• In-depth understanding of major short-form platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to conceptually transform products and ideas into engaging, sales-driven content.
• Experience with fashion, watches, jewelry, bags, shoes, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle content creation is highly advantageous.
• Creative, organized, and detail-focused with the capability to generate innovative ideas regularly.
• Receptive to feedback, self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Doha and able to work full-time on-site.
• Possession of personal smartphone or filming equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
