Role Overview
This position entails managing all daily operations and upkeep for a residential community, ensuring the efficient functioning of various service departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of security personnel, housekeeping, maintenance teams, and other service workers.
- Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and service demands from residents promptly.
- Oversee maintenance works and guarantee seamless society operations.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor employee attendance, evaluate work quality, and enforce discipline within the staff team.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive society documentation including records, reports, and billing information.
- Conduct periodic inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and proper property maintenance.
- Collaborate with the society committee by providing regular progress and status updates.
