Position Overview

Tiyaaz Industries Pvt Ltd seeks a disciplined and knowledgeable Store In-Charge to oversee the warehouse operations of its stationery manufacturing unit located in the Rawat Industrial Area. This full-time role requires immediate availability and onsite presence from Monday to Saturday, starting at 8:00 AM until all tasks are completed. The ideal candidate will manage inventory control, digital record accuracy, vendor relationships, and dispatch processes efficiently. Reliable transportation to the workplace is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire inventory lifecycle including raw materials, finished products like highlighters and markers, and consumables.
• Ensure all stock movements are documented precisely and updated in real-time through inventory software.
• Maintain flawless digital and manual stock registers and promptly address any discrepancies.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors and monitor orders closely to avoid production disruptions.
• Oversee loading and unloading procedures, verifying quantities and quality against official Gate Passes or Challans.
• Take responsibility for all dispatch paperwork, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
• Maintain effective communication with transport services and sales teams to facilitate timely shipments and stock status updates.
• Perform daily physical stock audits and reconcile findings with the Accounts Department.
• Enforce warehouse standard operating procedures including FIFO/LIFO stocking, clear labeling, and safety compliance.
• Prepare stock movement reports weekly and monthly for management review.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum graduate degree (B.A, B.Com, BBA); applicants with Commerce or Accounting backgrounds preferred.
• Two to three years of demonstrable experience managing stores or warehouses, ideally within the stationery sector.
• Strong proficiency in computer use, especially inventory software and Excel for data entry and record keeping.
• Solid knowledge of inventory rotation methods such as FIFO and LIFO for effective stock management.
• Possession of reliable personal transportation like a bike or car to commute daily to the Rawat Industrial Area.

Additional Details

The position demands candidates to be located near Rawat or have dependable transport means. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
