Zykaz is a premium clothing brand focused on quality fabrics, classic style, and memorable in-store experiences. The company is hiring someone who can take charge of store operations, support revenue growth, produce engaging content, and serve as a visible part of the brand’s retail presence.

This position suits someone who enjoys fashion, understands how a retail store runs, and is comfortable creating content that resonates with customers.

Store Operations and Management

• Keep daily store activities running smoothly and ensure the outlet operates efficiently.
• Maintain the shop’s standards, visual presentation, and overall customer experience.
• Make sure the store stays neat, welcoming, and consistent with the Zykaz brand identity.

Stock and Inventory Handling

• Track stock availability and manage replenishment needs.
• Handle incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
• Perform routine stock checks and keep inventory records accurate.

Customer Experience and Relationship Building

• Help shoppers choose suitable products and offer styling advice.
• Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and purchases.
• Respond to customer questions, feedback, and post-sale concerns in a professional manner.

Sales and Business Growth

• Work toward sales targets and help the store meet monthly goals.
• Look for ways to improve conversions and retain customers.
• Support product launches and promotional activities.

Marketing and Brand Support

• Assist with in-store promotions and local marketing efforts.
• Help coordinate outdoor marketing activities, partnerships, and events.
• Contribute to campaigns that increase store visits and brand visibility.

Content Creation and Social Media

• Create product photos, reels, and behind-the-scenes clips from within the store.
• Record customer interactions, new product arrivals, styling content, and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that matches brand objectives.
• Keep up with current trends to make social content engaging and effective.

Who This Role Suits

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in retail, fashion, sales, or store operations. The person should be comfortable appearing on camera when needed, communicate well, and handle customers confidently.

Additional Requirements and Bonus Experience

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, sales, or store management is preferred.
• Comfort with being behind the camera and, at times, in front of it is important.
• Strong communication and customer service ability is needed.
• Working knowledge of Instagram Reels, content trends, and smartphone photo/video creation is expected.
• The candidate should be organized, self-driven, and able to take ownership.
• A genuine interest in fashion and premium fabrics will be an advantage.
• Experience in managing apparel or fashion retail stores is a plus.
• Basic editing skills using tools such as CapCut or InShot will be beneficial.
• Experience with visual merchandising or local marketing initiatives is also a plus.
