Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be in charge of running the day-to-day operations and leading the team at one of our UAE-based stores. Beyond managing store logistics, you will also engage closely with customers, embodying our philosophy of building lasting relationships rather than merely selling products. You will understand customers' specific needs to match them with the most fitting items, valuing every visitor equally whether they purchase or browse.
Store Operations and Sales Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and supervision on the floor.
- Take ownership of the store's sales outcomes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Drive sales performance by actively overseeing the sales floor to improve conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).
- Ensure products are properly stocked, priced accurately, and handled correctly within the store environment.
- Maintain high standards in store presentation, including visual merchandising and overall appearance.
- Monitor inventory movements, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Implement and enforce strong measures to prevent loss within the store.
- Investigate and report any inventory discrepancies promptly.
Customer Experience
- Lead by example by being present on the floor and providing an exceptional luxury customer service experience.
- Manage VIP clients and handle complex or sensitive customer situations effectively.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers a high-quality, luxurious service experience every day.
- Follow up on customer feedback and promptly act to resolve issues at the store level.
Team Management
- Supervise the store team daily, including staff scheduling and allocation of responsibilities.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team each day.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance concerns immediately.
- Foster a positive and energetic work atmosphere.
Training and Onboarding
- Ensure all new hires complete the onboarding program and fully understand store processes.
- Provide ongoing support for the team regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Reinforce service standards and basic selling skills regularly.
- Identify any skill deficiencies and communicate training needs to the Retail Manager.

Candidate Requirements
- At least five years managing retail stores in the UAE, preferably within the luxury sector such as watches or jewelry.
- A relevant academic qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in sales, management, or project management from recognized institutions would be an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
