Subject Matter Expert

Overview

We invite applications for a knowledgeable and proactive Subject Matter Expert position to be based in Mumbai. The role demands strong domain expertise, advanced analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and support for business operations, process enhancements, training, and stakeholder interaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the main subject matter expert for designated business processes and projects.
• Offer technical and functional guidance to various internal teams.
• Analyze complex challenges and suggest effective solutions.
• Create and update process documents, standard operating procedures, and knowledge bases.
• Conduct training programs and provide mentoring to team members.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution.
• Track key performance indicators and identify areas for ongoing improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Support audits, manage client interactions, and handle escalations as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Between 3 and 6 years’ relevant experience in roles such as Subject Matter Expert, Senior Executive, or Team Lead.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
