Supply Chain Operations Analyst

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst located in Navi Mumbai, you will focus on managing the end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket services. The role demands experience in supply chain, order and inventory management, with a key responsibility to fulfill customer orders effectively by ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely deliveries. Coordination across inventory and logistics is essential to ensure customer satisfaction through reliable order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve moderately complex supply chain issues related to order management.
• Manage processes from order creation through to order fulfillment, including financial settlements such as invoice matching and purchase order receipt.
• Implement best practices in process design, organizational workflow, and technology integration for order management.
• Support Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network channels.
• Collaborate primarily with internal peers; limited interaction with clients or senior management.
• Receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of responsibilities.
• Adapt to working in rotational shifts if required.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, order and inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Flexibility and adaptability in work schedule and tasks.
