Role Summary
We are looking for an organized and client-centered Talent Acquisition Coordinator to bolster our recruiting department. This position involves arranging interviews, handling candidate communications, ensuring data accuracy within the applicant tracking system, and delivering a smooth experience for candidates from application through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews across various business units.
- Manage interview calendars involving candidates, hiring managers, and panel members with complex scheduling needs.
- Handle all interview logistics including sending calendar invites, meeting links, and interview materials.
- Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Maintain professional and timely communications during the recruitment cycle ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Keep accurate candidate profiles and progress statuses in Lever ATS, including moving candidates through recruitment stages and ensuring documentation completeness.
- Create and manage job postings on internal and external job platforms.
- Generate reports and monitor recruiting pipeline activities.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings such as background and reference checks alongside offer documentation.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Track recruiting metrics including interview volume, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
- Maintain recruiting resources such as templates, interview guides, and SOPs.
- Support hiring managers and recruiters with efficient interview scheduling and communication.
- Assist in organizing recruiting events, career fairs, and university outreach programs.
- Identify and suggest improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or related roles; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcomed.
- Quick adaptability to recruiting technologies, especially Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Zoom.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing an ATS, preferably Lever.
- Background coordinating interviews in high-volume recruitment settings.
- Support experience within recruiting or HR teams.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and various recruiting tools.
- Skilled in generating recruitment reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting recruitment operations.

Compensation
The annual salary for this role is fixed at $50,000. Compensation levels take into account factors including education, experience, certifications, skills, location, performance, travel needs, revenue metrics, contractual agreements, and organizational requirements. This range represents a component of the overall total compensation package.
