Job Overview
This position provides comprehensive support across all facets of the Talent Acquisition department, assisting with tasks ranging from scheduling candidate interviews to onboarding and post-offer activities. The role demands accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to function with limited oversight while exercising independent judgment when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a smooth, compliant recruitment process that delivers a positive experience for candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules involving candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Arrange candidate travel logistics as necessary and handle the associated reimbursement procedures.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment stages, ensuring timely and accurate completion of applications, new hire documentation, and I-9 verification forms.
- Audit recruitment data for completeness, precision, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct new hire orientations at assigned locations.
- Schedule and monitor drug screening and physical examinations.
- Track and review background check outcomes.
- Maintain on-site records including original I-9 forms and job requisition files.
- Administer or support employment testing as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least six years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in various business environments promoting confidentiality, maturity, discretion, interpersonal tact, sound judgment, and initiative.
- In-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes within human resources.
- Excellent customer-service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technologically proficient, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems and skilled usage of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
