Role Overview

This dynamic and autonomous role is ideal for a GTM recruiter passionate about producing outstanding results for both candidates and the company. The primary focus will be on assembling high-performing revenue teams, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments, while also assisting with select technical recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement creative recruitment strategies to secure top candidates across various organizational functions.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to comprehensively understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions and candidate criteria.
• Source candidates through diverse channels including online platforms and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage the end-to-end selection process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the employer brand to attract high-caliber talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and inform data-driven improvements.
• Provide recruitment and interview best practice training to hiring managers.
• Deliver a seamless and positive experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and current recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (Workday).

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience spanning both agency and in-house recruitment across multiple business areas.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and delivering successful hiring outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills capable of creating engaging messaging.
• Ability to swiftly build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Competence in handling challenging situations constructively.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, focusing on time and expectation management.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not mandatory.
• This role is primarily remote with occasional travel, predominantly to the New York City office.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
