Talent sourcing and pipeline building
- Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines for present and future management hiring needs.

- Support consistency, compliance, and efficiency in recruiting operations.
- Keep candidate data and recruiting actions accurately updated in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, though an equivalent mix of education and experience is also acceptable. A minimum of 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required, ideally in exempt or management-level hiring. Direct partnership with business leaders and hiring managers is important, along with a proven ability to source and engage passive talent.
Preferred background
Retail, store operations, or multi-location recruiting experience is preferred. Experience hiring for leadership or management positions is also valued, along with familiarity with employment laws, compliance standards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting technologies.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Success in this role depends on strong consultative and relationship-building skills, confident interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities, and the capacity to influence stakeholders and hiring outcomes. You should also bring strong sourcing expertise, awareness of labor market trends, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment. Organization, attention to detail, project coordination, and a commitment to an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience are all essential.
Working conditions
This role operates in a hybrid office-based environment. Occasional travel may be needed for recruiting events, leadership hiring, and business meetings.
