Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and oversee a group of Insurance Advisors and Sales Executives.
- Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Handle recruitment, training, and ongoing mentoring of new insurance advisors.
- Assist the team in acquiring clients, maintaining relationships, and successfully closing insurance policies.
- Organize daily meetings, conduct field visits to oversee operations, and perform regular performance evaluations.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
