Job description
About the Role
The Lead Application & Technical Sales Engineer (Electrical) is tasked with achieving and surpassing sales targets while developing and nurturing robust customer relationships within the battery and cell equipment manufacturing sector. This position involves selecting appropriate control system architecture components including PLC-based, PC-based, and high-speed data acquisition systems, as well as special purpose machinery elements such as servo motors, vision systems, sensors, transducers, and traceability solutions tailored to specific applications.
Key Duties
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and bills of materials (BOM).
- Design system layouts and estimate cycle times and costs effectively.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge alongside negotiation skills to secure orders from both customers and suppliers.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a technical background with a deep understanding of application engineering related to electrical systems and will demonstrate a proactive approach to techno-commercial sales and after-sales support.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
