Role Overview

Join Jpag (Opc) Private Limited as a Telecaller based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This position is centered around managing high-volume outbound calls to generate leads in a healthcare setting, as well as handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate a large number of outbound calls to potential clients targeting healthcare leads.
• Manage incoming calls to resolve queries and provide detailed information about products and services.
• Effectively communicate benefits, address objections, and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
• Record precise customer information, call details, and sales progress within the company's CRM system.
• Adhere to provided scripts and strive to achieve daily and weekly call targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships with timely follow-ups to secure deal closures.

Requirements

• Educational background ranging from completion of 10th or 12th grade, or graduation depending on the role.
• Experience levels acceptable from freshers up to candidates with over two years in similar capacities.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada or Malayalam is advantageous for some roles.
• Proven ability to persuade and interact effectively with customers.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 20,000 INR.
