Role overview
A school in New York City is looking for a highly organized temporary administrative coordinator to help run admissions and enrollment workflows while also handling senior-level administrative support. This assignment is a leave coverage role and is expected to continue until approximately November 2026.
What you'll do
- Support the Director of Admissions and Enrollment with day-to-day administrative needs
- Handle busy calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate schedules
- Help manage admissions processes, including student files and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing and organizing paperwork tied to IEPs and enrollment
- Act as a polished and dependable contact for parent communication
- Coordinate enrollment tasks and other operational follow-through
- Keep records accurate and make sure administrative items are completed on time
- Provide support for office routines and one-off projects as required
What the employer is looking for

Compensation and additional information
Pay is listed at $35 per hour. The company notes that the posted compensation range reflects its current good-faith estimate for this location, though actual pay may vary based on qualifications.
