About the Role
Cognecto Pvt. Ltd., a technology firm specializing in AI, IoT, telematics, and digital industrial solutions across various sectors such as Mining, Construction, and Government, seeks a meticulous and proactive Tender Executive. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of practical experience handling government and PSU tenders and will oversee the comprehensive tender lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate government, PSU, GeM, and private-sector tenders relevant to Cognecto's business objectives and solutions.
- Manage the complete tendering cycle: analyzing tenders, assessing bid feasibility, preparing documentation, submitting bids, and conducting follow-ups post-submission.
- Thoroughly examine all tender documents including RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, SBDs to interpret technical, commercial, financial, and eligibility criteria.
- Create detailed tender summaries, compliance matrices, eligibility checklists, and bid tracking tools.
- Execute online tender submissions on platforms such as GeM, CPPP/eProcure, state and PSU portals.
- Coordinate creation and review of technical and commercial bid documents, including required forms, declarations, authorizations, and support documents.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Management teams for bid preparation and approvals.
- Manage tender-related requirements like EMD, Bid Security, Performance Bank Guarantee, tender fees, MSME certificates, and statutory compliance papers.
- Monitor pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, clarifications, amendments, submission timelines, evaluations, and award notifications.
- Prepare and submit pre-bid queries and clarifications in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain organized repositories of company credentials, work and experience certificates, OEM authorizations, financial, and statutory documents.
- Support activities related to Reverse Auctions, financial negotiations, and post-tender clarifications.
- Maintain comprehensive MIS and dashboards to track active bids, upcoming opportunities, submission statuses, outcomes, and critical deadlines.
Experience and Skills
- At least one year of relevant experience in tender management, bid management, government tendering, or proposal management.
- Proficient with government e-procurement portals, especially GeM.
- Strong knowledge of technical and commercial bid documents.
- Capability to analyze complex tender conditions related to eligibility, technical specifications, financial and contractual terms.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF/document handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, coordination, meticulous documentation, and follow-up abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with capability to manage strict submission deadlines.
- Ability to juggle multiple tender processes concurrently through effective planning and tracking.

Educational Qualifications
