What you will do

• Carry out precise title searches through online county record systems.
• Examine property-related records and prepare summaries of deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax details.
• Make sure every report is complete, easy to understand, and submitted within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate with teammates whenever additional clarification is needed on search requirements.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on background in title searching or abstracting, with U.S. county experience preferred.
• Excellent focus on detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable internet access and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Comfort using county websites and understanding title-related terminology.
