Quality Management
- Develop site-specific quality management plans alongside field quality strategies.
- Engage actively in daily toolbox talks (TBTs) to emphasize quality protocols at the construction site.
- Implement and monitor the use of checklists for material handling and construction processes.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits covering all contractor operations and equipment testing.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with Good For Construction (GFC) drawings during construction.
- Verify quality standards of all incoming materials against approved specifications.
- Oversee testing and pre-commissioning phases of electrical equipment, coordinating schedules with vendors.
Inspections and Audits
- Schedule timely contractor-specific inspections and perform routine audits on-site.
- Confirm completion of prerequisite tests such as concrete cube tests before the commencement of related work.
Reporting and MIS
- Provide weekly updates on Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Document and communicate exemplary practices as well as areas requiring improvement.
