Overview

ESFM is seeking individuals for full-time Trash Technician roles based in Daytona Beach, FL. ESFM is the integrated facilities management division of Compass Group USA and specializes in delivering comprehensive FM solutions including environmental, safety, maintenance, and cleaning services. This position involves collecting, transporting, and safely disposing of waste, including biohazardous materials, following strict safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and transport trash, chemicals, and hazardous materials adhering to safety protocols.
Operate cleaning equipment appropriately and perform designated cleaning tasks.
Identify potential safety hazards promptly and respond suitably.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

Physical capability to walk, stand, and push trash containers weighing between 50 and 100 pounds.
Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions in English.
Minimum one year of relevant experience is required.

Work Schedule and Location

The position is full time with multiple shifts available at 1130 S Williamson Boulevard in Daytona Beach, FL. More scheduling details will be provided during the interview stage.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate is set at $14.50.
