About the Role
Join Redpear Communications as a UI/UX Designer at an intermediate level, where you'll contribute to shaping impactful digital products that transform how insurance and customer engagement operate across Africa. The role emphasizes empathetic and creative design focused on user problems and innovative solutions for platforms with vast user bases.

- PearSuite: A versatile omnichannel customer experience platform.
- Maya: WhatsApp-based motor insurance solution.

Responsibilities & Expectations
As a design professional, you will craft simple, intuitive interfaces tackling complex business challenges. Your work will influence daily interactions of thousands of users, while collaborating within a dynamic, rapidly evolving setting.
Requirements
- Three to five years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
- Strong command of Figma for design creation.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or mobile apps.
- Ability to simplify complex business needs through effective interface designs.
- Preferred technical knowledge: basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with React or equivalent frontend frameworks; responsive web design understanding; close collaboration skills with development teams for implementation accuracy.
Additional Information
This remote or hybrid opportunity is primarily open to candidates located in Africa. You will be contributing to revolutionary digital transformation projects impacting various sectors.
