Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Lagos State, Nigeria is focused on the safe and timely movement of goods to retail locations. The driver will handle deliveries according to schedule, take care of the vehicle, maintain delivery records, and represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.

Key Duties

• Deliver goods to different retail outlets in line with planned routes and schedules.
• Check the vehicle regularly before and during use, and carry out basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Keep accurate records and logs of deliveries made each day.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety standards, and internal delivery procedures.
• Load, unload, and manage delivery items carefully and efficiently.
• Provide courteous and helpful customer service throughout the delivery process.

Candidate Profile

• A valid Nigerian commercial driving licence and a clean driving history are required.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and handle minor issues.
• Comfortable navigating Lagos and Ogun State routes using maps or navigation tools.
• Well-organized and able to manage time effectively to complete deliveries on schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and colleagues.
• Physically capable of lifting, loading, and unloading delivery goods.
• Previous work as a delivery driver or salesperson is considered an added advantage.
• Must consistently comply with company policies and safety requirements.
