Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and establish high standards for your team.
• Inspire and develop team members to achieve peak performance.
• Maintain excellence in service quality, safety, and presentation standards.
• Oversee labour management, cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit & loss (P&L) to ensure strong financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain talented staff, fostering a positive and driven workforce.
• Engage with the local Bondi community through events, partnerships, and activations to boost Yo-Chi's brand presence.
• Drive venue success while cultivating a fun, energetic, and people-centered culture.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced leadership background in retail or hospitality sectors.
• Competent in managing financial metrics including labour, COGS, budgets, and P&L.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build connected, high-performing teams.
• Self-motivated professional who leads by example and excels in dynamic environments.
