Position Overview
This role is for an Online Business Manager working full-time remotely, specifically from home, following the US work shift from Monday to Friday. You will collaborate with rapidly expanding entrepreneurs, providing critical support in administrative, executive, and operational tasks to facilitate business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer administrative support and executive assistance, including managing inboxes and calendars, planning itineraries, summarizing meeting minutes, and preparing business presentations.
- Conduct and condense online research to aid clients in making informed business decisions through both primary and secondary sources.
- Manage data by performing collection, cleansing, validation, formatting, and presenting information across databases and MIS reports.
- Generate quality leads using various web-based platforms and techniques such as web scraping; maintain and update lead status in CRM software and design workflows to streamline sales processes.
- Coordinate projects, communicate with different teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks, and promptly escalate any issues to stakeholders.
- Provide additional administrative support tasks as assigned by executives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of continuous full-time employment experience with a stable career history.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong aptitude in mathematics and logical reasoning.
- Effective conflict resolution skills in the workplace.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.
Job Prerequisites
- High-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.
- A Windows laptop with at least 16GB of RAM and a minimum Intel i3 10th generation or i5 processor.
