Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient order processing, compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining operational precision.

• Supervise and manage all daily warehouse functions.
• Ensure inventories are stored, labelled, and handled appropriately.
• Oversee order processing workflows across various marketplaces, from order receipt to dispatch.
• Guarantee that shipments meet established SLAs to prevent penalties.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as timely dispatch, order fill rates, and returns to origin (RTO).
• Perform quality inspections on packed orders and outbound shipments to reduce errors like incorrect SKUs, damages, or packaging issues.
• Lead and train warehouse personnel and helpers on standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Maintain discipline, enhance productivity, and ensure accuracy in the warehouse environment.
• Address and resolve escalations related to missed shipments, order discrepancies, and returns.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of practical experience in warehouse operations.
• Have a solid understanding of e-commerce logistics and service level agreements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel techniques and reporting.
