Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage daily warehouse activities involving raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within a food manufacturing setting.   • Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse team members, offering feedback and training on standard operating procedures and equipment usage.
  • Promote effective teamwork, communication, and disciplined shift handovers.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teams to align operations, remove bottlenecks, and contribute to strategic planning including capacity and space utilization.
