About the Role
This internship provides an opportunity to engage with senior leaders such as VPs, directors, and CXOs in banks, fintech firms, and hedge funds. The intern will lead targeted outreach initiatives via cold calls and LinkedIn to identify talent in specialized financial roles. Deep dives into mandates across credit, risk, investments, trading, and strategy will be essential to understand client needs thoroughly. Researching companies, roles, and talent pools will be critical to building confidence when pitching roles to senior candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact and communicate with senior professionals in banking and financial services sectors.
- Initiate cold outreach campaigns via telephone and LinkedIn for talent mapping in specialized finance roles.
- Gain understanding of mandates relating to credit, risk management, investments, trading, and strategic roles.
- Perform detailed research on organizations, job roles, and candidate pools.
- Build conviction and confidently present career opportunities to senior-level candidates.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available to work remotely for a duration of 3 months.
- Should be able to commence the internship between July 10, 2026, and August 14, 2026.
- Require relevant interests and skills aligned to the role.

- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Must have completed 1–2 internships related to finance, business, recruiting, or sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling and engaging directly with clients or candidates.
- Comfortable conducting conversations with senior professionals; confidence is valued over polish.
- Basic understanding of business and financial concepts is necessary.
- Possess strong research capabilities.
- Prior business development or client-facing experience is an advantage.
- Applicants should be students in their final year of study.
Stipend and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
- Opportunity to receive a certificate upon completion.
- Letter of recommendation will be provided.
- Workweek consists of five days.
- Potential job offer upon successful completion of the internship and permanent employment conversion.
