About the Internship
Across The Globe (ATG), a Bangalore-based startup dedicated to supporting students and professionals globally, is looking for interns to join as Client Coordination and Research team members. This role bridges ATG's internal teams with its expanding clientele. Interns will collaborate with leadership and operations teams to deliver seamless client communications, coordinate projects efficiently, and conduct detailed business research across fields such as SaaS, AI, HRTech, EdTech, and technology consulting. This position is tailored for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and enthusiastic about combining research and relationship management.
Participants will obtain hands-on experience engaging with clients, managing projects, and facilitating cross-departmental coordination within a dynamic startup environment. Exceptional performers may be assigned major client accounts, lead strategic research endeavors, and support growth initiatives across domestic and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Organize and manage scheduling for client meetings, discovery sessions, and consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct thorough research into client industries and background information to create comprehensive pre-meeting briefs.
- Capture and translate client feedback into meaningful action items for internal teams.
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines to guarantee timely delivery of commitments.
- Compile and deliver polished reports, status updates, and progress summaries to clients.
- Support client onboarding by preparing orientation and introductory materials.
- Liaise with various teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Track and report on client satisfaction, engagement, and overall relationship health.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions and communications.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to the internship duration of six months.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 2,600 and INR 12,500, comprising:
- Fixed payment: INR 2,500 to INR 10,000
- Incentives: INR 100 to INR 2,500
- Certificate of internship completion.
- Letter of recommendation upon successful performance.
- Option for flexible working hours.
- Possibility of job offer post-internship, with an annual salary between INR 350,000 and INR 700,000 upon conversion to a full-time employee.
