Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to develop and support human resource functions within a nonprofit educational foundation dedicated to personal development and leadership. Interns will be actively involved in recruitment, candidate communication, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist applicants utilizing job portals, professional networks, and other hiring platforms in line with organizational needs.
- Arrange and manage interview processes, maintain constant communication with candidates, upkeep recruitment records, and assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Provide essential support for HR processes including employee activities, documentation maintenance, attendance tracking, and daily administrative tasks.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months, starting between August 10, 2026, and September 14, 2026.

Additional Details
- This is an unpaid internship.
