This internship offers a chance to gain practical experience in recruitment by working remotely with EarlyJobs, a platform focused on enabling recruiters and students to connect and grow professionally from anywhere. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes carefully to shortlist applicants matching the specified job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with candidates through the recruitment process.
- Accurately update and manage candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Contribute to active recruitment drives spanning various industries.
- Acquire knowledge in contemporary recruitment methods, sourcing tactics, and engaging candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with assigned managers to finalize hiring decisions effectively.
