Dream IT Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., a Gurugram-based innovative IT consulting company founded in 2020, is offering a Management Intern position focused on sales, pre-sales, and marketing functions. The firm excels in cloud data management, data analytics and visualization, ERP/CRM deployments, RPA, digital transformation, and custom business applications. Role Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and execution of sales, pre-sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Support pre-sales tasks including lead generation and initial lead qualification.
• Contribute creatively to marketing efforts to boost the company's brand awareness and market presence.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship based in Gurugram.
• Internship start dates must fall between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 6-month duration is required.
• Preference for female candidates aiming to begin or resume their careers, particularly those with MBA or BBA backgrounds.
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills and interest areas qualified to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000.
• Internship conducted five days a week with an informal dress code.
• Certificate of internship completion, a letter of recommendation, and potential job offer upon successful completion.

Additional Information

• Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, salary is expected between INR 300,000 and 400,000 per year.
