Key Responsibilities
- Interact proactively with potential students via various communication channels including calls, emails, and messaging apps to drive course enrollments.
- Accurately assess learner needs and advise on the most appropriate SkillOrbit programs.
- Oversee the full enrollment process starting from lead qualification to confirmed admissions.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and improve enrollment conversion rates.
- Develop strong learner relationships to ensure timely support and a smooth admission experience.
- Keep detailed and updated records of leads and communications within the CRM system.
- Meet established sales, enrollment, and revenue objectives on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead generation quality and conversion efficiency.
- Handle prospective student inquiries effectively, explaining course features, fees, benefits, and career prospects.
- Stay updated with SkillOrbit’s course catalog, new offerings, and trends within the EdTech sector to provide knowledgeable advice.
