Internship Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates using online job portals and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes to ensure alignment with the job requirements.
- Arrange interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Publish job openings across various hiring platforms.
- Assist in onboarding by managing documentation and joining formalities.
- Support employer branding initiatives and university campus recruitment drives.
- Manage recruitment databases and keep accurate records.
- Provide comprehensive assistance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Candidate Eligibility
This internship is ideal for individuals who are able to commit to part-time hours starting immediately between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026, for a two-month period. Candidates with relevant skills and a keen interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Candidate Requirements
- Final year or recent graduates of MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- BBA, BCom, or BA graduates aspiring to build careers in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm for learning and gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
- Availability to work full-time onsite at the company's Okhla Phase-I location in New Delhi.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly stipend of ₹2,000.
