Role Overview
The position available is a full-time, on-premises Amazon Account Manager located in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role entails managing daily activities related to Amazon seller or vendor accounts such as creating and refining listings, updating pricing, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing promotion campaigns. Responsibilities also include evaluating sales results, tracking important performance indicators, and generating consistent reports to guide advertising, merchandising, and stock management decisions.
The Amazon Account Manager will liaise with internal departments to coordinate content creation, pricing adjustments, and logistics. They will manage communications with Amazon support as required and ensure adherence to marketplace policies. Key tasks also involve spotting opportunities for growth, applying best practices to maintain account health, and enhancing brand exposure using Amazon's advertising and platform tools.
Requirements
- Experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts including listing optimization and account health oversight.
- Understanding of eCommerce processes like inventory management, order fulfillment, and basic pricing approaches.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and Amazon advertising options such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands for driving sales traffic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and suggest practical improvements.
- Proficiency with Excel or comparable data analysis tools; experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude and the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous management of Amazon or other marketplace accounts is a significant advantage.
