Role Overview

The Analyst will join the Data Team focusing on research and analytical tasks essential for developing and maintaining accurate people intelligence data. This role involves data collection, quality assurance, pattern recognition, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance data completeness and operational workflows. Ideal candidates are passionate about data, proactive problem solvers, and committed to providing actionable insights that empower users and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough data gathering, development, and analysis to support operational processes emphasizing precision and relevance.
• Conduct in-depth examinations of critical entities within the People Intelligence database to maintain data currency and accuracy.
• Utilize data analysis methods to detect trends, extract insights, and identify inconsistencies in data quality.
• Work closely with teams from various disciplines to evaluate data integrity and refine workflows for improved data completeness.
• Operate effectively in an agile work environment, facilitating communication across subject matter experts and teams.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree or possesses equivalent experience with an interest in people intelligence.
• Has between 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and statistical research.
• Exhibits strong analytical acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Manages time efficiently and reliably meets project deadlines.
• Can communicate proficiently across team members and departments.
• Proficient in advanced web-based research techniques.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel or comparable data management software.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as PowerBI or QuickSight is advantageous.
