Role Overview

The Analyst will engage with data analytics tasks focusing on the Seismic platform. Key responsibilities include configuring and creating layers within Seismic, developing interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx, monitoring usage and engagement metrics, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to translate data insights into sound business actions. Ensuring data accuracy, validation, and high integrity across data flows is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure the Seismic platform, including creating layers and validating data.
• Design and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx to support decision-making and track KPIs.
• Analyze content utilization and user engagement within the Seismic system to provide valuable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs and convert platform data into meaningful recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring integrity and thorough validation of collected data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst.
• Experience or familiarity with the Seismic platform or comparable content management systems.
• Hands-on expertise in developing visualizations and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; basic skills in Python, R, or VBA considered advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for transforming data into actionable business insights.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Goldman office in Bangalore.
