Area Operations Manager

Role overview

The Area Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of contractual and ad-hoc security services for customers. This role focuses on manned security solutions and requires strict alignment with applicable laws, internal policies, established processes, and company procedures.

The position exists to improve operational performance by applying strong security standards, making effective use of resources across the assigned area, and supporting better service outcomes while helping the division meet its budget goals.

Core responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for security service delivery across the allocated area.

Ensure all services are provided in accordance with legislation, company policies, procedures, and approved processes.

Oversee the efficient use of people and other resources to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Support consistent service quality and help achieve financial and budgetary targets for the division.

Qualifications and requirements

A bachelor’s degree is required.

A valid driver’s licence is also necessary for this position.
