Position Overview
Renuity is seeking an Associate Manager in Field Recruiting to lead, mentor, and oversee a team of recruiters responsible for high-volume hiring across sales, canvassing, call center, and installation roles. This role combines direct recruiting responsibilities with leadership, operational management, and talent development within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and coaching to a segmented recruiter team ensuring clarity, organization, and consistent outcomes.
- Conduct ongoing training including coaching conversations, shadowing, and feedback to enhance recruiter skills.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous development of new recruiters promoting best practices in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and hiring processes.
- Manage team cadence through regular check-ins, pipeline assessments, and alignment meetings to maintain progress and accountability.
- Handle a limited number of prioritized requisitions to stay connected to recruiting activities.
- Advise recruiters on pipeline strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate communications.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience standards throughout all hiring phases.
- Oversee balanced workload distribution and pipeline flow among markets covered.
- Monitor hiring funnel health to proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines.
- Enforce ATS data integrity and process adherence within Ashby platform.
- Track and analyze recruiter performance metrics to spot trends and improvement areas.
- Collaborate closely with field leadership and hiring managers to meet labor needs, address market challenges, and set hiring priorities.
- Serve as an escalation contact for recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Partner with TA leadership, operations, and marketing teams on sourcing strategies and recruitment enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred.
- 4 to 6+ years in recruiting, preferably with experience in high-volume or field recruiting environments.
- Previous experience leading or managing recruitment teams or projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with aptitude for balancing leadership and hands-on recruiting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Ashby preferred.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and field leaders.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 25% of the time.
