Role Overview

This full-time position, based onsite in Nashville, TN, is for an Associate Social Media Creative. The role involves spearheading creative initiatives, developing and supervising brand strategy, and leading the team to deliver cohesive and impactful visual branding solutions. The salary range is $60,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

The role requires collaborating with various teams to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing campaigns, offering art direction, and ensuring all output aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives. Additionally, mentoring colleagues and encouraging a collaborative and creative work culture are key responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Creative Direction and Strategy to manage projects and design influential campaigns.
• Expertise in Branding and Art Direction to maintain brand integrity and implement creative designs.
• Strong Graphic Design capabilities alongside proficiency with design software and tools to produce superior visual assets.
