Role Overview
Join Evergreen Logistic Solutions as a Back Office Executive located in Asansol, West Bengal. This position involves supporting multiple departments through efficient management of records, reports, communications, and administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Primary Duties
- Maintain and update data entries, files, and official documentation with accuracy.
- Generate and compile reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support internal reviews.
- Collaborate with accounts, sales, and operations teams by handling backend processes and administrative support.
- Manage business correspondence including email communication and telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide assistance with invoices, purchase order processing, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
