Job Summary
Somtrade Limited is inviting applications for the position of Billing Clerk at our Container Freight Station (CFS) in Mombasa. We seek a methodical and detail-focused individual who will handle invoice preparation, maintain billing records, and guarantee precise financial dealings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Additional coursework or qualifications in accounting, finance, or business administration will be advantageous.
- Between one to two years of practical experience in billing, invoicing, or similar administrative responsibilities.
- Experience working within a CFS or logistics setting is an added benefit.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word applications.
- Knowledge or familiarity with billing software or ERP platforms is desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the correctness of billing information and documentation.
