Role Overview

The Bingo Caller position is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Mississauga, Ontario. The role is centered on running bingo sessions smoothly by announcing numbers with clarity, maintaining the pace of the game, and creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Duties

• Call bingo numbers clearly and accurately during live sessions.
• Prepare and arrange bingo equipment before games begin.
• Confirm winning cards and ensure results are correct.
• Explain game rules, promotions, and any relevant announcements to guests.
• Answer visitor questions and provide helpful, friendly support.
• Work closely with floor staff to keep sessions organized.
• Watch player activity to help maintain fairness and compliance.
• Keep a professional attitude throughout busy game periods.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable guest experience.
• Support customer service needs and assist with other duties when required.

• Strong speaking ability with a clear, engaging voice.
• Good customer service instincts and the ability to connect with a wide range of guests.
• Careful attention to detail and basic number skills for accurate game handling.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving entertainment setting.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the gaming floor.
• Willingness to handle light equipment setup and related tasks.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to following gaming rules and company standards.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hosting, or a similar role.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Mississauga, ON.
