Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Business Development Partner rather than a traditional Business Development Manager. The selected professional will collaborate with the team to drive client acquisition and identify growth opportunities.
Location and Work Schedule
The role is remote, but applicants must be based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Delhi. The work week runs from Monday to Friday.
Experience and Profile
The position calls for 4 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within design and creative services. Candidates should bring strong communication abilities, solid lead generation capability, and experience handling client relationships. Prior exposure to CRM tools is preferred, along with a demonstrated background in sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and screen prospective leads.
- Research the market and monitor competitor activity.
- Support client outreach efforts and follow up on conversations.
- Update sales trackers and prepare regular reports.
- Assist the team in meeting business and revenue goals.
